How do I know which size belt to order?
Most of our belts come in the following sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-large,
each of our product pages details which sizes are available and the inch size of the belt. If you are at the top end of a belt size we advise that you order the next size up as it will fit more comfortably.
How much is delivery?
£2.95 for standard royal mail delivery and £6.00 Special Delivery
What carrier do you use to deliver your products?
We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force
How long before I get my order?
Most of our items are in stock at all times. Therefore, we currently ship 95% of our orders within 2 business days. If an item happens to be on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Standard delivery usually takes 3 days from dispatch of order, if you require your order quickly we can ship on a special delivery at a cost of £6.00
How do I know when my order is shipped?
When you order with us, we will email an order confirmation to you, informing you of the date it was shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, you can also pay us through paypal and Google checkout.
What if my credit card gets declined?
There are 3 possible reasons:
  1. You exceeded your credit limit. Advice: try another card
  2. Billing address doesn't match cardholder's bank records. Advice: check out your last statement and try again
  3. You entered the wrong CVV2 code. Advice: locate the code on your card and try again
Do you have a catalogue?
Because our items are constantly changing to keep only the best items at the best prices, we do not offer a paper catalogue at present

When Will I be Charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment. Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorised.

What are all-starclothing.com discount codes?
Every so often we'll publish or send you a code word, such as 'DISCOUNT', that will give you money off on certain collections, or even percentage off your whole order.
Where do I find discount codes?
Just set up an account and we'll email you whenever there's a new code available for you. Keep Each discount code has its own terms and conditions (such as who can use it, what for, and how long it's valid for) so it's a good idea to check before you buy.
How do I use my code?
Make sure you type your code to the appropriate box when you check out, and hit update to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on (though you might be able to use it on a subsequent order).
I forgot to use my discount code?
Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your discount code at the checkout, we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later on.
How do discount codes affect my right to return an order?
If a discount code was applied to your original order, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this. Unfortunately, we can't reissue a discount code, even if your original order is returned to us.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Can I contact you by phone?
Because we are an online retailer, we find it more efficient to answer your queries via email rather than phone. In fact, with our aim to respond to all email queries within 1 working day we feel confident that you would get a better service via email than you would by phone.

Returns Policy
We have an extremely low return rate, which speaks for the quality and service of our products. However, in the event you do need to return an item, we try to make it "hassle free".
 
The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. An item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (postmarked) of our shipping date.
2. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
3. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless a mistake was done on our end.
4. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed or through paypal.
5. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items on SALE.
6. Please make sure to specify what you wish to do (Refund / Exchange. If exchange, what would you like to exchange to).
 
 
Make sure to ask your shipper for delivery confirmation. Also, please write your order number on the label outside the box.
